New pictures of Baby Derringer!

These are the new pictures. They were taken this morning (2/3/09) and "It" is getting bigger. It is a morning baby and loves to move around and play at the Dr.'s office. The pictures are a lot clearer this time and we could see It so much better. They looked at the brain (it had one), the heart and measured the enormous head. Everything is developing well and and all appendages are in the correct spots. Today was the day that we were going to find out the sex...I say was, because we decided not to find out. It's one of the great surprises in life and since we really don't care either way as long as It's healthy, there's no reason to find out. So, just in case you were wondering, that is an umbilical cord in the left picture. Not a wee wee. It was moving around again, kicking and waving and seemed very happy with the visitation time. We go back in March for our next appt. but we may not get any pictures then. When we do though, we will be sure to let you know.

First Pictures of Baby Derringer!

These are our first pictures of the baby!

They were taken on the morning of 12/30/08 and man, what a crazy thing. We were very excited and the experience definitely lived up to the hype. As the image first came up, "It" as I like to call it, arched It's back and started kicking on mommy's tummy and jerking It's arms all over the place. We think it was just happy to see Mommy and Daddy. The Dr. says everything looks good and we get the next ultrasound at the beginning of February. Since this is the first time we have done this blog and it is the beginning of February right now, we will go ahead and post the new photos we got this morning on our next blog. That will be in about 5 minutes.
